A house built in the 2000s or 2010s is now at the end of its original tank. We do a lot of first replacements in Kuna, including expansion tanks and pans that should have been there the first time. If the tank still has life, we will say so.
City sewer, septic, and the line in between
Not every Kuna property is on city sewer. Backups on a septic system are a different diagnosis than a clay lateral under a downtown street. We camera and locate before anyone starts digging, and we will tell you when the tank or drain field is the issue instead of the house plumbing.
Hard water and dust from the desert edge
Kuna sits on the dry side of the valley. Hard water and sediment are hard on heaters, softeners, and fixtures. We size treatment to the house and the well or city supply you actually have — not a package off the truck.

Kuna questions we get asked a lot.
- Do you charge extra to come out to Kuna?
- No. Kuna is core service area. Same rates as Boise and Meridian.
- Do you work on homes with septic systems?
- We handle the plumbing in the house and the line out to the tank. If the problem is the tank or the drain field itself, we will tell you that instead of pretending a snaking will fix it, and we will point you to the right next call.
- Can you plumb new construction in Kuna?
- Yes. Rough-in through trim, including coordinating with the builder on inspections. Call us while the walls are still open — that is when the work is cheapest and cleanest.
- Why does my water heater in a new Kuna house already look scaled?
- Hard water. Ten years in Kuna can do what fifteen does in a softer supply. A softener and a flush schedule do more for tank life than buying a bigger heater. We will test before we recommend either.
