Eagle runs from older homes downtown to foothills custom builds and acreage on private wells. The plumbing problems are not the same street to street, and neither are the fixes. That range is exactly why experience matters more here than a flat-rate price book.

Fixtures that need a careful hand
Wall-mount tub fillers, multi-head showers, pot fillers, and hot water recirculation loops. We do a lot of this work in Eagle, and we are comfortable with high-end fixtures — including the ones where the rough-in has to be exactly right the first time because the tile is going in behind it.
Wells, pressure tanks, and treatment
Once you are off city water toward the foothills and Eagle Island, you are dealing with well pumps, pressure tanks, and water that needs treatment before it is worth drinking. That is a different problem set from a city-water subdivision, and we handle both.
Older homes near downtown
The original Eagle housing stock is old enough for galvanized supply lines and, in some cases, polybutylene. We repipe those homes in copper or PEX, working around finished spaces so you are not living in a construction zone longer than necessary.

Eagle questions we get asked a lot.
- Do you work on homes with private wells?
- Yes. Plenty of Eagle properties are on well systems, and we handle pressure tanks, treatment, and the plumbing side of the system. If the issue is the well pump itself down in the casing, we will tell you straight and point you to the right specialist rather than guessing.
- Can you work with my builder or designer on a custom home?
- That is a good share of what we do in Eagle. We coordinate rough-in with the framing and tile schedule so fixtures land where the drawings say they should, and we will flag a problem at layout rather than after the walls close.
- My water pressure is inconsistent. What causes that?
- In Eagle it is usually one of three things: a failing pressure reducing valve, a waterlogged pressure tank on a well system, or scale restricting an older galvanized line. We diagnose which before quoting a fix, because those are three very different repairs.
- Do you charge extra to come out to Eagle?
- No. Eagle is core service area and priced the same as Boise. Free estimates on the major projects.
