Garden City questions we get asked a lot.
- Do you charge extra to come out to Garden City?
- No. Garden City is next door to Boise. Same rates, no trip surcharge.
- Do you handle commercial plumbing on Chinden?
- Yes. Drain work, water heaters, gas piping, and repairs in shops and restaurants. Tell us when you can have the space, and we will work around that instead of the other way around.
- The sewer backs up when the river is high. Is that on us?
- Sometimes it is a municipal issue, sometimes it is a lateral that cannot handle the extra groundwater. We camera the line so you know which side of the cleanout the problem lives on before anyone starts arguing about whose pipe it is.
- Can you work in a tight mechanical closet?
- Garden City houses and shops often have heaters stuffed into rooms that were never designed for them. We will tell you if a tankless or a smaller tank is the honest move, instead of forcing another 50-gallon into a space that cannot vent it right.
